CONDITIONS:
1 Scope
For business relationships with the customer, the following general terms and conditions apply in the version valid at the time of the order for orders via the Internet shop.
Customers are both consumers and entrepreneurs. Consumer (Section 13 BGB) A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed predominantly to either their commercial or their independent professional activity. Entrepreneur (§ 14 BGB) is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2 Conclusion of contract

The contract language is German. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. After entering your personal data and by clicking on the corresponding button in the final step of the ordering process, you make a binding purchase offer for the items contained in the shopping cart goods off. Before submitting the order, you can identify any input errors and use the correction function to correct and/or change them.

The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent. This automatic acknowledgment of receipt only documents that we have received the order and does not represent an acceptance of the order.
We are entitled to accept your order within 1 working day after receipt by sending an order confirmation in writing or in text form (e.g. email), in which you are requested to pay, the processing of the order or the delivery of the goods is confirmed to you. After the deadline has expired without result, the offer is deemed to have been rejected, so that no purchase contract is concluded.

3 payment
Only the payment methods shown in the ordering process are accepted. The available payment methods can be viewed in advance on the website.

4 delivery
Delivery is made by sending the goods to the address provided by the customer.
The delivery takes place against the packaging and shipping costs displayed in the ordering process, which can be viewed in advance in the customer information. If, despite careful planning, an item cannot be delivered through no fault of your own, the customer will be informed by e-mail and any consideration already paid will be reimbursed.

5 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

6 Warranty
The warranty is subject to legal regulations.

7 Damage in transit
Please report transport damage immediately to the deliverer and please contact us. The contact options can be seen in the imprint.

Please note that failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the transport company.
If you act as an entrepreneur, § 377 HGB applies with regard to the standard of examination.

8 Passing of Risk
In the case of consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold passes to the consumer when the goods are handed over, even in the case of mail-order sales.
In the case of entrepreneurs, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes when the goods are handed over, in the case of mail-order sales when the goods are delivered to the forwarding agent, the carrier or the
otherwise the person or institution responsible for carrying out the shipment is transferred to the entrepreneur.
The handover is the same if the customer is in default with the acceptance.

9 Choice of Law and Venue
All disputes arising from this legal relationship are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the customer is a consumer, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not withdraw the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence (principle of favourability).
The validity of UN sales law is excluded. If the customer is an entrepreneur, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the court where we have our registered office is responsible, unless an exclusive place of jurisdiction is established for the dispute.
